Blaming others or situation  n making them responsible for our lives causes suffering. .. all that v need is to claim responsibility for our life.....m responsible for all that m experiencing  in my life.

On judgement day god will not ask you why u were not Krishna Jesus or Mahavir n all he will ask is why we're you not u...if God wanted to make only the above he could have made carbon copies....only when v stop being somebody will the genius in us shine forth. ....

Two disciples went to their master to ask them for permission to smoke while praying. They took turns to go and ask their master.  The first disciple asked and the master rejected while the second disciple asked and the master gave permission . The first student was surprised and asked the second how is it that the master gave u permission and denied me the same. To this the second student responds it depends on the question u asked. U asked the master if I can smoke while praying and the master denied and I asked the master if I can pray while smoking n he said yes. Make every activity a prayer whether smoking drinking eating etc..

15000 wars have been fought in the last 5000

ammunition, protecting land space, water

eliminating poverty and food scarcity. are we 

awake and aware of what we have been doing as 

a species ... the leaders of nations,

lets wake up. if we ask ourselves all the 

wars that were fought whether between 

nations, countries or business houses or 

common individuals it is for power, control, 

supremacy over the other and to top it all 

religious wars....man creates religion and 

fights with his own creation...does it make 

any sense...we have anti war, anti poverty, 

anti illiteracy, anti corruption...etc and 

many more and the result is only more of all 

those that we are against...the solution is 

not to oppose or resist and its of acceptance 

and becoming aware of the fact that all that 

we see outside of us whether war, dis-ease, 

poverty, illiteracy, corruption etc is within 

us and not in the other or out there.......

The moment a book is made to be a scripture it looses its value as it binds n curbs mans freedom...may it b the Gita Bible Quaran jain sutras or any other text....we can throw a book in fire and we cannot or we wont through  the gita or bible in fire as we have been conditioned that its holy....truth cannot be contained in a book....

Dr. Mark, a well-known cancer specialist, was once on his way to an important conference in another city where he was going to be granted an award in the field of medical research.

He was very excited to attend the conference and was desperate to reach as soon as possible. He had worked long and hard on his research and felt his efforts deserved the award he was about to obtain.

However, two hours after the plane took off, the plane made an emergency landing at the nearest airport due to some technical snag. Afraid, that he wouldn't make it in time for the conference, Dr. Mark immediately went to the reception and found that the next flight to the destination was after ten hours. The receptionist suggested him, to rent a car and drive himself down to the conference city which was only four hours away.

Having no other choice, he agreed to the idea despite his hatred for driving long distances. 

Dr. Mark rented a car and started his journey. However, soon after he left, the weather suddenly changed and a heavy storm began. The pouring rain made it very difficult for him to see and he missed a turn he was supposed to take.

After two hours of driving, he was convinced he was lost. Driving in the heavy rain on a deserted road, feeling hungry and tired, he frantically began to look for any sign of civilization. After some time, he finally came across a small tattered house. Desperate, he got out of the car and knocked on the door. A beautiful lady opened the door. He explained the matter and asked her if he could use her telephone. 

However, the lady told him that she doesn't have a phone or any electronic gadget but told the doctor to come inside and wait till the weather improved.

Hungry, wet and exhausted, the doctor accepted her kind offer and walked in. The lady  gave him hot tea and something to eat. The lady told him that he can join her for prayer. But, Dr. Mark smiled and said that he believed in hard work only and told her to continue with her prayers.

Sitting on the table and  sipping the tea, the doctor watched the woman in the dim light of candles as she prayed next to what appeared to be a small baby crib.

Every time she finished a prayer, she would start another one. Feeling that the woman might be in need of help, the doctor seized the opportunity to speak as soon as she finished her prayers. The doctor asked her what exactly she wanted from the God and enquired if she thought God will ever listen to her prayers. He further asked about the small child in the crib for whom she was apparently praying. The lady gave a sad smile and said that the child in the crib is her son who is suffering from a rare type of cancer and there is only one doctor Mark who can cure him but she doesn't have money to afford his fee and moreover Dr Mark lives in another far off town. She said that God has not answered her prayer so far but said that God will create some way out one day and added that she will not allow her fears to overcome her faith.

Stunned and speechless Dr Mark was in tears which were rolling down his cheeks. He whispered, God is great and recollected the sequence of events. ....there was malfunction in the plane, a thunderstorm hit, and he lost his way; and all of this happened because God did not just answer her prayer but also gave him a chance to come out of materialistic world and give some time to the poor hapless people who have nothing but rich prayers.

Always be prepared to do .......

people  often ask, "How to meditate?" "There is no need to ask how to meditate, just ask how to remain unoccupied. Meditation happens spontaneously. Just ask how to remain unoccupied, that's all. That's the whole trick of meditation - how to remain unoccupied. Then you cannot do anything. The meditation will flower.

When you are not doing anything the energy moves towards the center, it settles down towards the center. When you are doing something the energy moves out. Doing is a way of moving out. Non-doing is a way of moving in. Occupation is an escape. You can read the Bible, you can make it an occupation. all occupations are occupations, and they help you to cling outside your being. They are excuses to remain outside..

watched the animated Disney film Inside Out....what a lovely film and what beautiful msg...please don't miss if u haven't seen...the film beautifully brings out the importance of every emotion in our life..joy happiness fear anger etc...we normally avoid sadness fear anger n keep chasing joy n happiness n we keep missing the same as its the same energy that keeps moving and shows up as different emotions. When v say no to fear anger or sadness v r saying no to joy n happiness too...inside out beautifully brings out the msg that whats inside is what gets reflected outside...pls watch n hv fun inside out... 

love needs no understanding...

We don't need to understand anything when in love n yet we try hard to understand all our relationships whether its our spouse or any other...can v just b love... & experience love...feels beautiful..

who is at war ?

Every country is preparing for war and building its army, navy and air force and building nuclear weapons or weapons for mass destruction. The question is if countries are preparing for war then who is at war? During wars we lose and post war too we lose as we start preparing for the next war. Is it not insane and don’t we have to wake up. Leaders of countries, cities, states, business and families lets stop preparing for war and lets live life as it’s a gift given to us.

The most basic choice we have in life is whether to expand or contract , whether to bring our creative n expressive energies out into the world.

No matter what our circumstances , we have the power to choose our direction..

we are so full.....

We are so full of fear anger worry lust anxiety jealousy greed etc and don't have any empty space for life energy to flow through. We need to b empty n free within for us to listen to the melody that v n others r...as humans v r in a hurry to fill all the space within n outside us n hence the lack of melody in our lives..

At age 5 v needed someone to make us UNHAPPY n by age 18 we need someone or something to make us HAPPY.... n we continue till the end of our life wanting someone or something to make us happy... what happened ?? Time to reflect...

when need becomes greed we stop living and we become a burden on the planet...

V use vacuum cleaner to clean the exteriors of our home n v have forgotten to use our natural vacuum cleaners to clean our internals....BREATHING....

Breathe to clean our anger our fear anxiety frustration n worry which are internal dust....our breathing becomes shallow when v r faced with the above....

peaks n valley

All of us love mountains n peaks and strive to reach the same in our lives and try to emulate others who r at the peak...what v tend to ignore is the valleys that hold these peaks n the same way the valleys of struggle n pain help us evolve in our life..lets enjoy n cherish the valleys as much as the peaks...

flow vs freeze...

A dam or pond will have contaminated water as there is no flow or under current while a river water is clear n pure as there is a constant flow and the same is with our thoughts too when they r in a frozen state they get contaminated n v feel the pain n fear while when v allow thoughts to flow v experience freedom n bliss...

Life is the goal n life is the destination all other goals take us away from life. Just like water is hidden beneath the earth n when the layer of mud n rocks r removed water emerges...the same way the being that we r is hidden behind our goals n beliefs n once we remove them we shine through n become the limitless being...wow..

Love and surrender...

Surrender happens in love.

lovers experience surrender.

Love is the first step 

towards the divine,

surrender is the last. 

And two steps is 

the whole journey.

Check in the areas of life where there is unconditional love n u will find surrender there...

We are in the Now or the Present moment when the actions that v take are not a means to an end (money , power , prestige , winning ) n the action is fulfilling by itself. There is joy n aliveness in such actions...

Every musical instrument has something in common if v notice ...hollow space emptiness and this is what creates the magic that v hear as melody or symphony...imagine a flute that was filled without hollow space or a tabla without the hollow empty space...man is full within n hence no music is playing once v become empty from within miracles start appearing all around...

Creative person ...

When religious text are destroyed religion does not get destroyed and when scientific text are destroyed science gets destroyed. Man/women does not become religious by reading texts and only through inquiry and questioning man made beliefs does one understand religion. Mahavir, Krishna , Jesus , Allah , guru Gobind dint leave any texts and they arrived at their personal truth and it's our turn to find our personal truth.....

The concept of time n money that we have in our head is one that is based on scarcity n this is our trap...ponder n break free....v have all the time for what v really want to do n v have all the money for all that v need.... the trap is v do that which v don't want to do...n we want all that we don't need..simple na..

You cannot find those qualities in dictionaries. But in real life if you go into the psychology of words, each word has its unique individuality.

When was the last time we celebrated being who we r exactly the way v r n said hey i love u for the wonderful being that u r...we r so busy trying to b someone or find something other than what or who v r in each moment....we r the best the way v r n there has never been one like us nor will there b another....lets celebrate uniqueness that v r.....

Religious life...

Just do whatsoever 
is pleasant- pleasant to 
you and pleasant 
to your surroundings. 

Just do something which 
brings a song to you and 
creates a rhythm of 
celebration around you. 

This life is called a religious life.
It has no principles, if has no 
discipline, if has no laws. 
It has only one, single approach -
