learn to meditate....

Learn to meditate n allow meditation to happen to you....spend just 10 to 15 min a day n gradually let this go upto an hour....meditation is not to control thought breath or anything else n its allowing our self to come to the center of our being n feel the peace n harmony within.....notice how much we r out of balance in our day to day lives n how v r only moving away from our center....meditation is the master key that can unlock all doors within n without.....
